Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants of the 11-year follow-up of the ESTHER study 2. IM-E interview score = 17 3. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive disturbances 2. Psychotic disorder 3. Terminal illness
