Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neoplastic or recurrent flogistic pathology of the left colon 2. Patients with indication to VL surgery 3. Aged less than 18 years, either sex
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 80 years old 2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade 4
