Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender: Male & Female, age between 18 and 65 years 2. Diagnosed mental illness, approaching discharge/extended leave

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Considered a risk to others, alcohol or drug dependent/problematic substance user or primary diagnosis of substance use 2. Serious personality disorder 3. Pregnant or caring for children
