Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 patients undergoing distal upper limb surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age under 16 2. Uunable to give informed consent 3. Neurovascular compromise of limb 4. Allergy to amide local anaesthetic agents 5. Coagulopathy (INR>2) 6. Chest or shoulder deformities 7. Healed but disclosed clavicle fracture
