Inclusion criteria: 1. Convenience sample of General Practitioners (GPs) 2. Patients who were insured by the VdAK/AEV (Ersatzkassen) sick fund Hessen and treated by the participating GPs

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were not insured by the VdAK/AEV (Ersatzkassen) sick fund
