Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 and <90 2. Symptoms of obstructive defecation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 90 2. Patients with previous operations for obstructive defecation 3. Patients with colorectal cancer 4. Mentally incapacitated 5. Patients who do not understand English 6. Patients for whom magnetic resonance imaging is contraindicated (pacemaker, aneurismal clips) 7. Patients with positive pregnancy test
