Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young people aged 16 years and older 2. Attend the Diabetes service at North Tyneside General Hospital 3. Transferred from the paediatric service at North Tyneside, having taken part in the 'transition pathway' during their final year in paediatrics
