Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents, legal guardians or family members of any sex 2. Aged 18 years or older 3. Having at least one child aged between 10 and 16 years 4. Residing in Spain, Mexico or Colombia 5. Able to understand spoken and written Spanish 6. Access to an internet-connected electronic device (computer, tablet or smartphone) 7. Willing to participate in the study and complete follow-up assessments at scheduled time points 8. Provision of informed consent

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of availability or time to attend or complete the scheduled intervention sessions 2. Inability to follow the intervention or complete study procedures
