Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients within the practice aged 18 or over who are current smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Does not match inclusion criteria

MeasureTime frame
Point abstinence (for =7 days) at 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Access and uptake of smoking cessation services by 6 months. Number of quit attempts lasting more than 24 hours over 6 months. Cost effectiveness of this intervention.
