Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent to participate in the study 2. Participation in all stages 3. No health contraindications
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged less than 16 years old 2. Lack of consent to the study 3. Partial or no completion of questionnaires and tests 4. Failure to participate in the indicated form of training full-time
