Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 60 and 75 2. Registered with a participating London GP practice enrolled in the study. 3. Eligible for bowel cancer screening ;Inclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stoma patients who have had their entire large bowel removed 2. Stoma patients who have had an Ileostomy 3.
