Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with liver cirrhosis and confirmed portal hypertension with indication for TIPS procedure (refractory ascites or gastrointestinal variceal bleeding)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: General contraindications to cardiac MRI (e.g. claustrophobic, metal implants)
