Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Planning pregnancy 2. Pregnant 3. Breastfeeding 4. Malabsorption syndromes 5. Celiac disease 6. Inflamatory bowel disease 7. Connective tissue disease 8. Immune deficiency 9. Immune suppression 10. History for intestinal surgery includiing bariatric surgery 11. Kidney disease 12. Liver disease 13. Histroy for cancer 14. History for chemotherapy 15. Utilization of disease modifying anti-rheumatoid medications or similar biologics 16. Use of proton pump inhibitors 17. Cigarette smokers
