Subjects with a positive fecal occult blood test are randomized to be invited to a total colonoscopy in different ways:
1. Both first invitation and recall by mail
2. First invitation by phone, recal

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects (male and female) 50-69 years old invited to perform a fecal occult blood test by the local colorectal cancer screening programme 2. With a positive fecal occult blood test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who did not give the consent to inform their General Practitioner of the result of the fecal occult blood test
