Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Current inclusion criteria as of 15/07/2013: 1. Adults aged =18 years 2. Diagnosis of non-insulin dependent type 2 diabetes for a minimum of two years 3. Capacity to provide informed consent 4. Ability to write and converse in English Previous inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged =18 years 2. Diagnosis of non-insulin dependent type 2 diabetes for a minimum of two years 3. Physical activity/ exercise is below recommendations (i.e. 30 minutes per day three times per week) 4. Capacity to provide informed consent 5. Ability to write and converse in English
