Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women over 18 years of age 2. Some degree of excess weight (BMI greater than or equal to 25 kg/m²).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reported anorexia or bulimia nervosa symptoms or other severe health problems
