Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 + years 2. Able to read and write in English 3. Eat rice and drink white wine occasionally (at least once a month for both)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drinks wine or eats rice less than monthly 2. Under 18
