Participants will have their grip strength assessed, and dexterity measured via the 9-hole peg test. They will then be randomised to receive treatment (Tubigrip) or nothing, and asked to rest for 30 m

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 70 patients with symptoms of shoulder instability and/or pain and have a suspicion or diagnosis of muscle patterning abnormality.
