Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 100 patients will be selected for this study. All patients will need total knee replacements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bleeding disorders, Jehovah's witnesses and those not wishing to enter the study will be excluded.
