Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recruitment is at a household level. Households must have: 1. At least one child under 5 years of age at the time of recruitment 2. Reside in one of the designated areas specified by each local sampling partner

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Household does not have a child under 5 years of age 2. Child spends more than 10 nights per month away from home 3. Any resident smokes inside the home
