Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A Bennett fracture with intra-articular gap or step-off at or above 1 mm 2. Size of the fragment at or above 20% of the joint surface on the lateral view 3. Normal opposite hand for comparison
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Rolando fracture, comminuted fracture, and other combined injuries of the same hand
