Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Registered Social Workers (adults over 18 years of age, either sex) in Victoria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-Victorian Social Workers

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Competence on standardised consultations video-taped and rated by two blind reviewers using the Cognitive Therapy Scale, measured on 22/07/2009 and 05/08/2009.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Confidence in FPS on pre- and post-surveys, measured 09/07/2009 and 16/07/2009 for the control group, and 17/07/2009 and 07/08/2009 for the intervention group.
