Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All school nurses employed by the recruited Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) will be eligible for the training intervention and evaluation. This includes registered school nurses, school nurse specialist practitioners (who are on part 3 of the NMC register), school nurse team leaders and special needs school nurses.
