Inclusion criteria: 1. 10-12 year-old children and their parents 2. Gender: boys and girls 3. All ethnic groups
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children without written parental consent 2. Children who did not want to participate since the intervention was voluntary
