Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 patients undergoing carpal tunnel decompression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a known contra-indication to lignocaine or lignocaine hyaluronidase and patients undergoing hand surgery additional to carpal tunnel decompression
