Inclusion criteria: Vascular surgery residents based in the United Kingdom or Ireland with a National Training Number

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Residents with pre-exisiting personal relationships with any of the actors in the simulation 2. Vascular trainees without a National Training Number
