Inclusion criteria: All caregivers involved in the direct care of residents with dementia in nursing homes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are no secondary outcome measures

Attitudes to dementia among care staff measured using the Sense of Competence in Dementia Care Staff (SCIDS) scale in October 2021 (T0), January 2022 (T1), March 2022 (T2), May 2022 (T3) and July 2022 (T4) 2. Burnout measured using the Utrecht Burnout Scale (UBOS) in October 2021 (T0), January 2022 (T1), March 2022 (T2), May 2022 (T3) and July 2022 (T4) 3. Engagement measured using the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) in October 2021 (T0), January 2022 (T1), March 2022 (T2), May 2022 (T3) and July 2022 (T4)
