Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults attending out-patient/day treatment services from a alcohol misuse service in Merseyside.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clients that chose residential treatment, or clients that request no treatment will not be asked to participate in the study. Also those without a telephone.
