Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The sampling frame will be drawn from the current register of heavy users of psychiatric inpatient services.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Users who are not currently living in Brent, are aged 65 or over, are current CIP clients or inpatients, or have a primary problem of alcohol or substance misuse.
