Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 16-90 2. Male or female 3. Painful wrist ganglion 4. Mentally competent and able to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatoid or osteo-arthritis 2. Pregnant women
