Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Documented, symptomatic atrial fibrillation lasting less than 48 hours 2. No prior history of electrical cardioversion 3. Both genders aged from 18 - 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left Atrial (LA) diameter greater than 60 mm 2. Refuse to give written informed consent 3. Non-elegibility for interventional therapy
