Inclusion criteria: Primigravida (first-time pregnant mothers)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Has medical conditions requiring to take medications 2. Has attended other breastfeeding interventions in addition to the antenatal breastfeeding workshop they are recruited from
