Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All third-semester students enrolled for the fall semester, 2007, at Linköping University (LiU) were eligible for participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who were not part of the third-semester cohort at Linköping were not invited to participate in this study.
