Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IV-pension caused by a mental illness (full- or parttime pension) 2. The pension is not approved longer than one year 3. Voluntariness 4. The IV- retirees goal is to work in the first employment market 5. Participants have to sign a consent about the study 6. Working age (18-60)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental retardation [International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th Revision (ICD-10)] 2. Organic mental disorder (ICD-10)
