Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Active residents employed in four training sites and willing to participate in the training program and assessment procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Residents who had previously participated in a similar curriculum 2. Residents who completed less than 50% of the training program
