Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing tissue aortic valve replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who require aspirin or warfarin therapy on established medical grounds 2. Patients unable to take warfarin or aspirin
