Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female 2. Aged 13-14 years 3. Attending intervention school 4. Able to participate in regular physical activities (e.g., Physical Education class)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Male 2. Aged >14 years 3. Aged <13 years 4. Did not attend intervention school for the duration of the intervention 5. Unable to participate in regular physical activities (e.g., Physical Education class)
