Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medication for airway obstruction 2. Medication regime with persistently more than two medications 3. Patients of 18 years and above 4. Able to read and speak German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 years 2. Not able to read and speak German
