Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No evidence of injury or illness prior the start of the study 2. Being an U-18 player at Basquet Girona club

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of any medication affecting the outcomes of the study 2. Sustaining an injury during the testing or intervention period 3. Failing to complete a minimum of 7 out of 8 intervention sessions 4. Attending less than 85% of all training sessions and matches (equivalent to missing more than 3 activities) during the study period
