Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In the first step of sample enrollment, the Longgang District Bureau of Health selected a primary school in each of the eleven subdistricts of this district. Second, all 3rd-grade students in the eleven schools were eligible for participation if they met the following requirements: 1. Not taking a leave of absence from school at the time of enrollment 2. Agreed (or agreed by guardians) to spend time on attending lectures 3. Had access to a computer/tablet/smartphone with internet connection 4. Had sufficient knowledge to use mobile devices or computers (assistance allowed) 5. Able to read and interpret Chinese characters
