Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult (aged above 16 years) 2. New admission and within 7 days of admission 3. Fever > 38 or history of fever, cough and/or dyspnea 4. Requiring hospitalization for over 24h 5. Oral consent for nasopharyngeal swabbing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 16 years of age 2. Patients already hospitalized and developing a SARI
