Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-90 years 2. Time from onset to consultation=24 hours 3. Diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke by clinical symptoms, signs, and imaging examinations such as head CT and MRI 4. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)score=6 points 5. Imaging confirms large vessel occlusion 6. Signed informed consent
