Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-retired general practitioner in the Ile de France and Nouvelle Aquitaine regions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not a general practitioner registered with the Order of Physicians 2. Retired doctor

MeasureTime frame
Measured using medical records throughout the study: 1. Levels of care activity within and outside the scope of the GP scheme (consultations, visits, procedures), scheduled and unscheduled care, and use of digital health tools including teleconsultation/tele-expertise. 2. Time spent on training activities, researching medical or medico-social information, management, etc. 3. The number of exchanges relating to professional coordination (specifying sender, receiver, message, channel) and the time spent on these exchanges
