Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have attended the Adult Weight Management Service (NHS Aneurin Bevan University Health Board) for the treatment of obesity, identified by a body mass index equal to or above 30kg/m2 2. Gave consent to be contacted following their treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not given consent to be contacted following treatment 2. Individuals with diagnosed learning disabilities
