Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adolescents (12-16 years old) with obesity (>140% overweight).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid medical disorders that cause (a part of) the weight gain (i.e. serious thyroid problems) 2. Youngsters with medical problems where obesity is secondary
