Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PWUO: 1. People who have a history of opioid use for non-medical reasons AND/OR are prescribed OST in a community setting for illicit opioid dependence 2. Aged 18 years or over 3. Assessed as capable to consent (not in debilitating withdrawal or intoxicated) 4. Presenting at A&E, an acute admissions ward or inpatient at one of the hospital sites OR a client at one of the linked drug treatment services Providers: 1. Healthcare staff involved in the prescribing, supply or administration of medicines to patients within A&E, acute admissions and high-burden inpatient wards 2. Staff at linked drug treatment services
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are under 18 years of age 2. In secure services 3. Lacking capacity for informed consent 4. No history of opioid dependence 5. (For providers) are not involved in OST-related service provision
