Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14 years and over 2. Admitted to the general medical wards through the casualty department at each health facility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those whose primary admitting diagnosis is an emergent surgical or obstetrical condition.
