Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male 2. Clinical diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder 3. Inpatient of adult forensic mental health service 4. A history of violent behaviour leading to current treatment episode
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intelligence quotient (IQ) less than 70 2. Score of greater than 4 on one of the P scales of positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) 4. Previously undergone R & R or similar programme
