Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult aged 18 years or older 2. Body mass index (BMI) of 27 kg/m² or higher 3. Residing in Jember, Indonesia 4. Good general health 5. Able to read and write in bahasa Indonesia 6. Owns and has access to a smartphone capable of running the required applications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with clinical dietary restrictions 2. Individuals implanted electrical devices (e.g., pacemakers, defibrillators) 3. Significant metal implants 4. Pregnancy
