Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All neighbourhoods in Chesterfield, Rotherham and Sheffield which report mean 6-8 week breastfeeding rates of =40% in the previous four quarters
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All neighbourhoods in Chesterfield, Rotherham and Sheffield which report mean 6-8 week breastfeeding rates greater than 40% in the previous four quarters
